Artwork & Orders

Production & Shipping

  • How long will my order take?

    Standard production time is typically 5–7 business days after payment and file approval. Rush service is available - contact us for options for a custom rush order at shop@vox-pop-uli.com. Shipping options are available to receive your item sooner at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently our site is only open to orders within the United States including Hawaii and Alaksa.

  • Can I pick up my order locally?

    Yes, local pickup is available at our Peachtree Corners, GA office. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Refunds

  • Do you accept returns?

    Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging at shop@vox-pop-uli.com

Color & Quality

  • Will my colors match exactly?

    We do our best to match your artwork, but minor color variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences. Keep in mind that your screen is RGB and print is CMYK.
